What is NATA? NATA stands for the National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia. NATA assesses and accredits laboratories against recognised technical competence requirements, including ISO/IEC 17025 for testing and calibration laboratories. Its purpose is to give customers confidence that accredited laboratory testing is performed by competent personnel using controlled methods, suitable equipment and reliable reporting practices.
